Terms of sale

1. Who we are

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. The seller is Yahya Ennouari, Avenue Van Volxem 407, 1190 Forest, Belgium, VAT number BE 0801.168.827, trading as MMMHH ("we"). You can reach us at yahya@m-h-c-s.com.

2. The product

The Amlou Starter Pack contains one 200g jar of amlou and one black Amlou Therapy t-shirt, in the size you choose (S, M or L, oversized fit). It is a limited drop: once a size is sold out, it will not be restocked.

Amlou ingredients: almonds, argan oil, honey, Himalayan salt. Contains almonds (tree nuts). Not suitable for children under one year old because of the honey. Store in a cool, dry place. Best before: see the jar.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT. The pack costs €59. Shipping is a flat €7 per order to Belgium, France and the Netherlands. The total is shown before you pay.

4. Ordering and payment

You order by choosing your size on the website and paying on the secure Stripe checkout page. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. You then receive a confirmation email and an invoice.

Orders are limited to 2 packs per person. We may cancel and refund orders that exceed this limit.

5. Delivery

We ship to Belgium, France and the Netherlands only. Orders leave Brussels within 2 to 3 working days and usually arrive within 3 to 4 days after that. If your order is late or arrives damaged, contact us and we will sort it out.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. To do so, send us a clear statement by email (you can use the form below). Then send the full pack back within 14 days of that email. Return shipping is at your cost.

The jar must still be sealed. For health and hygiene reasons, a jar that has been opened after delivery cannot be returned. The t-shirt must be unworn and unwashed.

We refund the price of the pack and the initial shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the pack back before refunding.

We do not offer exchanges.

7. Legal guarantee

The t-shirt is covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If something is wrong with your order, contact us with your order number and a photo.

8. Complaints and applicable law

If you have a problem, contact us first at yahya@m-h-c-s.com. We reply within 5 working days. If we can't solve it together, you can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be). These terms are governed by Belgian law. This does not take away the protection you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data are kept for 7 years, as required by Belgian accounting law. Other data are deleted once they are no longer needed for your order.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The Stripe checkout page uses its own cookies to process payments securely and prevent fraud.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, limit or object to its use, or receive a copy of it. Email us at yahya@m-h-c-s.com. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
